As a small business owner for more than twelve years, a Certified Public Accountant with a BS in Accounting, a Master of Business Administration, and a corporate accountant with experience in dozens of audits, I’ve spent my career maintaining business records and advising business owners, from small independent operations to multi-million
dollar corporations. Most rewarding to me are the circumstances by which I’m able to help individuals maximize their personal financial growth, minimize their tax liability, and empower them to enjoy operating their business without the burden of record keeping and the fear of tax non-compliance. Most recently I’ve begun conducting webinars for small business owners educating them on appropriate record keeping, how to determine what is or is not deductible, and how to confidently prepare for potential future audits by tax authorities. Through these classes I’ve learned that the record keeping, tax requirements, deductibility uncertainties, and projections of estimated year end liabilities can be debilitating to persons attempting to run a business they love. My business is business accounting and financial analysis. Let me handle that, so you can focus on what you do best. I am not a tax preparation service. I am not an office owner with data entry clerks. What I am is a qualified, experienced CPA determined to provide personalized advice and record keeping services to small business owners. • You know who has your financial data. Unlike with other services, your information will be handled directly by me, not uploaded to software and entered by unknown parties.
• Your personal and professional financial and proprietary information is secure. The very basis of my career and licensure as a CPA require the utmost in confidentiality.
• Your reports and projections will all be created by me, your CPA. I do not use off-the-shelf bookkeeping software. I prepare all statements using my own templates and knowledge. Nothing is auto-generated from a computer program.
• You will get a response to an email question or voicemail within one business day, excluding pre-announced blackout periods (vacation, holidays, etc.) There are many articles available online about small business accounting costs.
