QUESTION:

Who knows the best way to clean a grease spill?

ANSWER:

By preventing one from occurring!

HOW:

Many restaurant managers and owners are unaware of how dirty the grate under the lid has become.

A clogged grate (as pictured) will cause grease to splash out.

The good news? They can be cleaned easily.

Broomstick handles, sticks, or a gloved hand can be very helpful. Eventually, trash will need to be pulled out by hand (like I did here).

I just cleaned this McDonald’s grate in two minutes!

Our drivers will clean these… but inevitably one will be missed… we can all work together to help keep these boxes cleaner, and less spills from occurring!
