What would I do?
- Communicate and present Client’s products and services to new and existing customers

Within the first year of employment, you will actively participate in all business and office operations. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Application of sales, marketing, and advertising techniques
- Communicating amongst various departments, Clients, and vendors
- Streamlining and improving interviewing style, new hire retention, and employee engagement
- Human Resource and Administration responsibilities (i.e. compliance policies, payroll, etc.)
- Hire, develop, and mentor a staff of your own and maintain client expectations and standards
