Scott Sharpley is an Outside Sales Manager at PowerMax Converters, bringing over 24 years of experience in the RV industry across both OEM and aftermarket channels. With a broad background spanning a wide range of product categories, he offers deep industry knowledge and a practical understanding of customer needs. Scott also spent five years in RV retail sales, giving him hands-on experience with RV units and a comprehensive view of the customer journey from purchase to service.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Bonnie and their five children, as well as golfing, gardening, cooking, and visiting his kids at their respective colleges.

PowerMax Converters is expanding and hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative with automotive industry experience. If you thrive in field sales, relationship-driven selling, and uncapped earning potential, this opportunity offers:

- Base Salary: $45,000–$65,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
- Hybrid / Field-Based with extensive travel (Prefer a FL Home Base)
- Automotive, RV, fleet, and mobile power markets
- Established product line with strong technical support

5+ years of sales experience and automotive background required.
