Please join us in welcoming Sam Medure, RPh., to Inovalon as our new Director of Sales Engineering, Pharmacy.

Sam brings more than two decades of leadership experience across the pharmacy industry, with a career spanning retail, PBM, and health plan sectors. His experience includes leading large-scale mail-service pharmacy operations, owning specialty pharmacy strategy and ex*****on, and overseeing clinical program operations for a major health plan.

Throughout his career, he has led complex pharmacy organizations supporting hundreds of employees, managed P&L responsibility for business units generating hundreds of millions in annual revenue, and built high-performing teams that help organizations navigate an increasingly dynamic healthcare landscape.

Sam has worked across nearly every facet of pharmacy operations, including specialty pharmacy, PBM programs, inventory management, quality improvement, budgeting, provider relations, employee engagement, and operational excellence. This combination of strategic leadership and hands-on operational expertise gives him a differentiated perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing pharmacy organizations today.

With more than 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, and healthcare IT, Marianne has led large-scale initiatives that improved cash flow, reduced bad debt, streamlined accounts receivable processes, and strengthened compliance across healthcare organizations.

Her background includes enterprise EHR implementations, payer operations transformation, and revenue cycle optimization programs that deliver measurable results.
