Engagement season is here…and just like clockwork, the inquiries are rolling in!

Summer, fall, and winter 2026 consultations are already on the calendar…and we’ve officially received our first 2027 inquiry.

Most couples get engaged between Thanksgiving and Valentine’s Day, with December leading the charge year after year. But what happens after the proposal?

That’s where we’re seeing a shift, one that looks different than anything we’ve experienced in our 13 years of business.

Here’s what we’re noticing in real time:
The booking cycle has changed: Couples are moving faster. Timelines are shorter. Decisions are more intentional.

We’re seeing two very real truths coexist:
• Some couples are choosing intimacy on purpose. Smaller guest counts, tighter circles, deeply personal experiences.
• Others are still planning large wedding parties, full traditions, and big celebrations, also on purpose.

Neither is “right.”
Alignment is what matters.

What hasn’t changed?
Couples are still asking for “Day-Of Coordination.”
And we still don’t believe in it.

If Elle Nicole Events is the foundation and Envive is the vision, Erica is (and always has been) the ex*****on.

Our day-of backbone.
Our steady hand.
The calm leadership in the creative chaos.

With over 20 years of experience spanning operations, analysis, and customer service, Erica brings precision, structure, and strategy to the experiences we produce.

She is the person ensuring timelines hold, vendors align, and nothing, and we mean NOTHING 💪🏽falls through the cracks.

As the very first Envive team member outside the partner crew (dating back to our first wedding in 2014), Erica helped set the operational standard we still lead with today.

For more than a decade, she’s managed logistics, directed vendor teams, anticipated challenges before they surface, and handled the details most people never see but always feel.

A self-proclaimed perfectionist (and proudly so), Erica is the reason our events don’t just look beautiful; they run beautifully.

Whether she’s executing a wedding day with precision or managing high-stakes moments for corporate sponsorships and events, her commitment to excellence ensures every experience exceeds expectations.

And when she’s not behind the scenes?

She’s a supermom to her two kids ( ), a true jet-setter, a proud Howard Bison (HU… 🦬), and one of our favorite Capricorn girlies.

Starting 2026 with clarity has given us the space to look back at 2025— —with deep appreciation.

And we can’t do that without thinking about Javai + Anton.

Not just their wedding, but them…their love, their energy, their people, and the intention they brought into every decision.

Their day was a masterclass in balance: a 30-person wedding party, enough guests to fill 37 tables, and a timeline that still made room for joy, presence, and the turn-up they deserved.

They entrusted us with our signature Wedding Management Services, allowing us to step in, maximize flow, and handle the logistics so they could stay rooted in the experience NOT the details.

It mattered to Javai and Anton that the day moved with purpose.

That the timeline worked for them.

That they got to the fun part….celebrating, laughing, dancing, being fully surrounded by love.

Working alongside true professionals like Whitney Photography and Sam Johnson made it possible to move through portraits with efficiency and care, capturing the moments without consuming the day. That technical precision is what we do with ease.

But the real gift?

Watching a year that embodied everything ENVIVE stands for, intention, partnership, stamina, and joy, close with a celebration that reflected all of it.

This wasn’t just a wedding.
It was a full-circle moment.
