Perry Remodel

This house had a grease fire, smoke damage and several areas needed repaired. Replaced kitchen cabinets, countertops, repaired wall. Repaired some subfloor. In stalled new shower, toilet. Repaired several drywall holes. Scrape popcorn and textured, primed with Renewal paint for smoke damage and painted. Layed wood grain linoleum, a little trim work. Replace 2 broken glass in windows. This was a Saturday job in the midst big Remodel I have going on else where. Removed broken window and replace with new 48"×831/2".

Hung 7 doors, Installed 8 setsof door k***s. 4 closets were front face k***s. Installed 4 top latch for closet doors. Cut out and install 7 pocket door latches.
