Fall is here and we don't want you to take a fall!

Here are simple fall prevention strategies:
Make sure you are aware of the surface you're on! Silly as it seems, acorns and leaves are slippery and the impact from slipping can cause a lot of pain.
Make sure you have proper lighting wherever you go. We don't want you to accidentally trip over Benji.🐕‍🦺
Clear away clutter and make sure the path is wide.
Make sure your rugs are secure. Catching a corner of a rug is in the top five causes of falls in the home.
If you unfortunately do have a fall, we can assess your whole body and develop a plan moving forward to get you feeling good again!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

We would like to take a moment to honor survivors, fighters, and those who have been lost to breast cancer. 💟

Fighting breast cancer can leave you with lymphedema or loss of upper extremity motion. We can help address those limitations and improve your quality of life.
