It’s interesting how my EI score sometimes challenges my personal biases.

Today my score is fairly high but positive emotions are not not. I also have high levels of fear, loneliness, and confusion.

How can my score be so high?

It comes down to my ability to recognize what I’m feeling, step into it and move through it. It’s shocking how much our awareness increases our capacity to navigate difficult situation at work, home and with friends and family.
