Occupied staging success

This home had previously been listed without selling, and the realtors reached out to see if we could help refresh the presentation using mostly what the homeowners already had in place.

We focused on editing, rearranging, and refining the existing furniture and decor, along with a few minimal additions and greenery to help prepare the home for photos and relisting.

The result? Under contract the day it hit the market and closed at full asking price 🙌🏻

A reminder that a few thoughtful changes can completely shift how a home feels to buyers.

Two weeks from staging to sold 🎉

This Denver home was staged on April 15th and officially sold on April 30th.

Beautifully photographed as always by Rae Scott.

Always grateful for the opportunity to help prepare homes for their next chapter.

So grateful for this beautiful warehouse location.

We’re officially… official according to Google 😅

Had to get a permanent sign installed and documented for verification, so this felt like a pretty big milestone.
Excited to keep building from here 🤍

Main level for gathering
Upper level for everyday living
Top floor to unwind

Three levels, each with a clear purpose.

Modern traditional home with an open layout and beautiful living spaces.

Great kitchen, easy flow, and plenty of natural light.

We kept the staging clean and warm to complement the space.

We came. We staged. Next up, de-stage… 😉

A smaller space, but full of potential.

We pulled inspiration from the existing mantle and stone to help guide the staging and bring everything together.

Simple, but still feels complete.

A little team appreciation post 🤍

This one was staged while I was out of the country, and I couldn’t be more proud of how they handled everything and held things down while I was away.

They created a really cohesive feel throughout the home, which is something I always care about. Such a cute one, and I love how everything flows from room to room. That consistency makes all the difference.

The view is the focal point
Everything else supports it.

Easy living, done right

1 bd | 1 ba | 799 sq ft

This one is perfect for someone looking for something simple, functional, and low maintenance.

Nothing overdone here, just a thoughtful layout that makes the space feel easy and comfortable to live in.

This home had a really nice footprint to work with, so the goal was to make each space feel distinct while still cohesive throughout.

We leaned into a slightly warmer, cozy feel with a mix of soft textures and wood tones. Each room was styled to help buyers easily understand how it can live and function day to day.

A great option for anyone looking for space, flexibility, and a unique layout.

We finally had a good excuse to use our abstract dog art and a few fun dog details throughout 🐾
