You, the client, will work through increased proprioception and subtle movement and postural training which may have profound effects. I first experienced this work after the birth of my third son. At that time I had a lot of stiffness in my legs and feet. I also had chronic pain in my left shoulder and right sacrum. These ailments kept me from the freedom in dance that I had experienced before my son's birth. During my first ten series of structural integration, I experienced profound improvement which inspired me to learn this work to share with others. I am currently offering sessions in Boulder, CO.
