She graduated from the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind, walked into the kitchen as an intern — and never left. Chef Craig Steffenson and the team saw exactly what saw: someone positive, passionate, and ready. Destiny was the only intern in her cohort offered a permanent position, and she earned every bit of it.

She is, quite simply, unstoppable.

This is what happens when a conversation between three remarkable women turns into action. When a generous scholarship from , with as its philanthropic heart — bridges the gap for a student who couldn’t wait for the system to catch up. When lives its World of Care commitment not just in words, but in a kitchen, on a Tuesday, with real opportunity on the line. And when does what it has always done: help individuals with disABILITIES step into careers that are fully theirs. Destiny’s story didn’t start with luck. It started with kindness — the kind that creates a chain reaction. 💛

This is the strength we share. No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted. The true beneficiaries are students like Destiny — and we are so proud to be part of her story.

R2K joined the Turner Syndrome Butterfly Parade, an event close to the hearts of our founder, Elva Pellouchoud, and her sister, R2K Kindness Ambassador, Mary Pellouchoud. Together, they walked in support of Mary’s granddaughter, Ariel, who has Turner Syndrome.

This walk raises awareness and funds for the Turner Syndrome Clinic at , and we’re honored to be part of this effort to spread kindness wherever possible.
