Today is a big day.
Pre ride meal 2 hrs. before start.
For my size, weight, metabolism, out put needs today I need to start my fueling with a breakfast that includes:

I’ve been wearing a CGM and working with a sports diatician at for the past 3 months. I was feeling allot of unexplained fatigue in my body around workouts, weight was off…just felt something wasn’t right.
I’ve learned so much about ME, what MY body needs-relearning fueling. Being a massage therapist, bike racer and older athlete is unique. My needs with fueling are as unique as my lifestyle and my DNA. I’m also learning about my relationship to food. Understanding habits, ideals, and emotions/feelings about eating and choices.
It’s a process to unlearn and learn what’s best for me. I’m curious and enjoying the process of becoming a better athlete and feeling better in my body every day with food.
