Our mission services provide accessible on-demand transportation and mobility options counseling (information and referral) for older adults, people with disabilities, low-income individuals, and others living with low-mobility options. Via operates as a social enterprise model that implements the HOP and FlexRide routes through earned-income contracts with the City of Boulder.

Naomi grew up seeing our vehicles as a sign of good luck—something that brought comfort and encouragement through school milestones and big tests. As she now prepares for graduation, our team was honored to celebrate her journey with a care package and a message of encouragement.
