We are proud to celebrate Masani Salazar, a valued member of the Ferguson Pyatt team and the Taos Pueblo Tribal community! Masani is pictured here with her family, (including her 90-year-old grandfather, Mr. Lujan!, her aunt Bernadette Mirabal, and her uncle Rico Lujan) after a recent community engagement meeting. Masani co-facilitated this important session, ensuring that every voice in the community was heard and integrated into the design process.

BIG News! Celebrating Community-Led Success! We are incredibly honored to announce that the Taos Pueblo Spider Rock Housing Subdivision has been selected as the recipient of the Planning Award for the 2025 Project Excellence Awards at the New Mexico Infrastructure Finance Conference!
This project’s success is rooted in a community-led process. This award recognizes how effectively the needs, vision, and input of the Taos Pueblo community guided the subdivision design and planning process.
The conference selection committee states “Your project exemplifies the innovation, collaboration, and community impact that define excellence in New Mexico’s infrastructure development. We are honored to recognize your outstanding achievement as part of this year’s conference.”
