✌🏻Hey all you cats and kittens, did you miss me? Also is still a thing on social media? 😂
I gotta be honest, I didn’t really miss this space at all over the past 3 months! I pressed pause ⏸on the accountability and pressure I was feeling here. I spent time away from social media and replaced that time with nature 🏔, my kitties😻, ❤️ and digging into my new job 👩‍🍳.
I feel like I’ve reconnected with my true and authentic voice that had been lost amid trying to grow my meal prep business, and the stress and obsession over “likes” and followers that brought! Was definitely time for a major reset.
👋🏻So hey, how ya doing? I’m back! I’m going to be posting my 🥦current eats, 🤓what my job as a research and development chef is like and the 🏔cool hikes and runs I’ve been doing lately!
