EDUCATION, NOT THERAPY
This is education, not therapy. You will learn a series of skills that build on each other throughout the weekend. We begin by describing the rationale and application of a specific tool. Then we model its use with whatever issues are current for us at that time.
Most people describe witnessing the successful and real working through of a challenge as being one of the most useful aspects of the course. Being able to observe a new activity before engaging with it yourself greatly speeds up assimilation and integration. Then you will have the opportunity to practice the tool, in private, with your partner. None of your work with your partner will be witnessed by other participants. I learned an amazing collection of great practical tools I can actually use and that are working for me in my close relationships. RECONNECT WITH GOODWILL AROUND THE TOUGH ISSUES
We offer personal coaching to support your process. We will be focused on helping you keep your communication simple and productive. Often a surprisingly powerful background of goodwill emerges, where your own brilliance and creativity can work wonders, even with previously intractable issues.
