Seems like everyone was running very well this morning in spite of the cold temps. Glad we got it done and glad its over. Should finally be on the track next week.

Brian Hrynkow nailed a 5k PR in Maui this past weekend. 18:30 (5:58 pace) Ya'll remember how slow he was in July? ;-) He's gonna have to run with the lead group when he comes back in May!

CTC athletes are starting the year out great. Kuincey ran 3:46 at Phoenix, a new pr by 10min. Wade ran the 5k in Phoenix in 18:49 which is a pr by over a minute and 3rd in his age group. Jennie won her age group in a local 10k. Congrats.
