A 5-week online group program to help you establish a cycle charting practice step-by-step using the Symptothermal Method of Fertility Awareness, all while deepening your body and menstrual literacy. All bodies welcome.

This group program is taught through an herbalism and reproductive justice lens and is especially geared towards plant-loving folks, birthworkers, and creatives who want to deepen their body and menstrual literacy in an intimate group setting.

Runs from January-February 2024. Exact dates TBA.

This winter cohort will be capped at 8 students to maintain an intimate group setting.

Registration will honor the first 8 folks signed up on the wait-list.

Welcome, autumn.

Have you ever made acorn cap candles before? They are such a delight. They burn a short amount of time (10-15 minutes).

Simply melt beeswax and pour into acorn caps you've gathered. The larger the better. The caps I gathered were from the Canyon Live Oak in California, which produce really fat and robust acorns with HUGE caps.

⚠️ Only light these in water! They are unstable on solid surfaces.
