Real estate prices soared for single family homes compared to a year ago. However, prices have fallen in Boulder and Longmont from April to May of this year.
Inventory continues to crater with fewer homes on the market compared to both last May and this past April.
This continued shortage of homes to purchase is advantageous for sellers as long as their home is properly priced.
If you have any questions about real estate or would like to find out the value of your home in this crazy market text or call me.
