Kicking off the introductions for Saturday’s event Trident Booksellers and Cafe we have a Jazzetry favorite. Come bid farewell to Haven Nasif as we send her off to college in style…
“Haven Nasif is an 18 year old poet born and raised in Boulder, Colorado. She has been doing Jazzetry for years and loves everyone like family. She plans to go to University of Oregon to study English, and hopes to continue writing poetry that means something to people. You can see her previous work on her instagram .nasif!”

Kali is editor and community outreach at South Broadway Press and their contributions have included Queen City Companion, Punketry, Howl at the Moon, Unpact and more. “Stina French is a college instructor and performer who specializes in vulnerable and graphic representations of sexuality, repression, and the healing process. She writes erotic mystery, magic-realist flash memoir, and poetry. She’s featured in many Colorado venues, and her work is upcoming in a Sugarbutch anthology, and has appeared in Jen Pastiloff's Manifest Station, Heavy Feather Review, South Broadway Ghost Society, Punch Drunk Press, among others. She leads monthly generative writing workshops and hosts the event, "listen to your skin: an erotic open-mic series" (last Sunday of each month, usually via zoom). She wears welts from the Bible Belt, and is currently editing Take The Fruit, Flood The Desert: A Religious Trauma Abuse Anthology.
