“We think letting go is unattainable, because we’re accustomed to the way we operate, and changing that means doing hard work.

Letting go is hard. It’s a journey that we must take over and over.

However with the help of coaching I’ve received from Grow2Gold I am able to let go of things like others expectations, negative people and my fear of failing.

I think we need to be reminded more often that letting go doesn’t mean we lose people, or our identities, it actually is the opposite.

We gain; confidence in our abilities, unwavering support from positive people, peace in what we can’t control and so much more contentment.”
