It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of The Local. We understand that this news may come as a disappointment, and we want you to know that your patronage has been deeply valued, but we believe it is the right step for our family and this business.

The Local's closing is a result of several challenges we've faced, including escalating food, labor, and overhead costs for a restaurant of this scale. These factors have exceeded our ability to fairly increase prices and ultimately made it unsustainable for us to continue.

Our sister restaurant, FRINGE, a Well-Tapped Eatery, remains open and is ready to welcome you with its unique blend of friendly service and award-winning, crave-able food. FRINGE will also gladly honor any of your Local gift cards and certificates.

Yes, closing is bittersweet, but we will cherish our happy memories and many friendships made along the way with you and hope that The Local will always hold a special place in your hearts, as it does in ours.

We are profoundly grateful for your support, loyalty, and friendship. It has been the lifeblood of our business and serving you and this community has been a true honor. We look forward to continuing this journey with you at FRINGE.
