NIST’s Public Safety Communication Research (PSCR) division is inviting innovators, inventors, entrepreneurs, currently operating or planning to startup as small business in this upcoming Virtual Accelerator. March 25, 2021 marks the kickoff of Round 1 of Pulse, the first of three rounds occurring into 2022
