Guided Meditations to Recharge and Refresh Your Practice

We invite you to energize and inspire your meditation practice using guided meditations and insights into refinements and variations on meditation practices, together with time for sharing with one another.

Guided meditations will be designed to refresh and recharge all three aspects of our triune nature: intellect, feeling and will. Practices will include chanting, Hong Sau meditation (watching the breath), pranayama, visualization, affirmation and inner silence.

Presented by Nayaswami Hriman, a lifelong meditator and an Ananda kriyacharya, Hriman will share from his years of practice and teaching meditation and meditation teachers.
