Zen Kids Yoga

I want to thank everyone who has supported Zen Kids Yoga and myself over the past 5 years. I enjoyed every moment of teaching you and your kids. As you can imagine, Covid hit our business hard and I have made the tough decision to pursue other opportunities. Keep doing yoga (we all need it!) and be kind to each other.

Two library classes left! These classes are for all ages and all experience levels. We will be meeting on Zoom this Wednesday (May 18) and Wednesday June 22. I hope you can join us for one (or both!) of the sessions. Please make sure to register at least 24 hours before the start of class.
