"As a proud daughter of immigrants, first-generation Latina student and educator, I am passionate about creating equitable and culturally responsive learning environments where all students feel seen, valued and supported. My experiences with the Latino Leadership Initiative have helped me grow as a leader and understand the power of mentorship, as I advocate to uplift BIPOC educators and students.
