Ediscapes

In Washington we need to plan for rain as well as sunshine. This pergola adapts to both, with a 3 way rain sensor it will automatically open and close come rain, wind, day and night. The outdoor heaters keep you warm in the cold which gives you use of your space year round.

One of our first projects with Lankford and Associates landscape architecture and one of our favorites. Ediscapes is a design/install company and we offer many services ourselves but we also are a general contractor and sub in contractors for parts of the projects our crew doesn’t specialize in. A big project is a team effort from start to finish. Architectural design, metal fabrication, concrete work, decks, irrigation, lighting, pavers and block walls, planting, plumbing, building, gutters are just some of the services we provide. Our aim is to make your project a smooth and pleasant as we can make it from start to finish. It’s a labor of love for us and our crews hold the same passion I do.

This project came with some massive boulders on the property for us to incorporate into the project. We love the mountain feel of this place.
