Folks, make sure you store your core blocks inside and dry, this standard bore 454 4 bolt block came in with "slight" rust in the cylinders, 4 still showed rust pits at .030" over , 1 still showed rust at .060", and even .070" over, so we decided to install a sleeve to save the block. Bored the cylinder to 4.5015" with a step at the bottom to give the sleeve .0015" crush, Froze the sleeve in dry ice for 3 hours, and like magic a few light taps with the dead blow, and it was done... No Drama! Clamped the sleeve down for good measure while it warmed up. After machining it looks like it grew there...
