David came in with limited knee flexion and discomfort that had been holding him back.
In one session using Thai massage, gentle joint work, and targeted muscle scraping, we were able to restore significant range of motion without forcing or pushing the body past its limits.
The goal is never to fight the body, but to help it feel safe enough to let go.
When we improve circulation, reduce tension, and work with the body’s natural patterns, change can happen more quickly than people expect.
