Congratulations to Shaw Qin (L) from the Adult Education Team and Devon Stahl. (R) from the Development Team for completing the RISE Program from the Institute for Nonprofit Practice.

The RISE Program brings together the next generation of highly-motivated, mission-driven, early career social sector and community leaders, who are passionate about social change and advancing equity.

"The RISE Program strengthened both my leadership skills and understanding of the nonprofit sector. It gave me the opportunity to build meaningful connections with other nonprofit professionals and provided helpful tools to identify and plan my career and personal goals with intention. Overall, the experience reaffirmed my commitment to making a positive impact and change through nonprofit work," shared Devon.

"The RISE program deepened my understanding of the social impact sector, helped me connect my day-to-day direct service work with the bigger picture, connected me with supportive peers, and inspired me to be more intentional in designing my future," shared Shaw.
