Unison Community
This is an episode you won’t want to miss!
If you could sit down with your younger self, what would you tell her?
In this episode, we asked .navyamysore, a physician, women’s health leader, mother, and advocate for accessible healthcare-exactly that.
From periods and reproductive health to self-advocacy and learning to trust yourself, we explore the lessons she wishes more young women knew earlier.
So many aspects of women’s health are treated like secrets when they should be common knowledge.
This conversation is honest, insightful, and full of the kind of advice that can take years to learn on your own🩷
Whether you’re navigating your twenties, figuring out your health, or simply looking for wisdom from someone who’s been there both personally and professionally, this is an episode you won’t want to miss.
Listen now at the link in bio and tell us: what is one thing you wish your younger self knew?
Social media often shows the highlight reel, but behind every post is a real person with real experiences, challenges, and emotions.
It’s easy to compare ourselves to what we see online, but the truth is that everyone is navigating something we may krow nothing about.
A gentle reminder to give yourself grace, extend kindness to others, and remember that your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s🤍
You are not behind.
You are not alone.
And you don’t have to have it all figure out! 🩷

Well go first🤗
➡️ Women’s health isn’t one size fits all.
What works for you may not work for another, which is why listening to your body and advocating for yourself is so important!
🤍 What is something you wish someone had told you sooner?

Women’s health isn’t just about diagnoses, appointments, and test results.
It’s also about learning to listen to your body, understanding what feels normal for you, and trusting yourself when something feels off.
You don’t need to have all the answers.
But you deserve to ask questions, seek support, and advocate for your health when you need to.
Your body is always communicating with you, it’s okay to listen🩷

As Women’s Health Month comes to a close, we hope one thing stays with you:
Your health deserves attention.
Your concerns deserve answers.
And your experiences deserve to be heard.
This month, we’ve talked about movement, mental health, advocacy, community, and the importance of listening to our bodies.
But these conversations don’t end when May does.
We’ll continue creating spaces for women to ask questions, share experiences, and support one another-because women’s health matters every month of the year🩷
Thank you for being part of this community🙌🏼
