Governor Healey signed the Massachusetts Parentage Act that expands parental rights, including for LGBTQIA+ parents. Fenway Health and other organizations advocated for the bill, which updates guidelines for courts and families to make it easier for someone to legally qualify as a parent by addressing various ways that someone can become one, including through birth, adoption, marriage, surrogacy, and assisted reproduction, such as in-vitro fertilization.

As part of National Health Center Week, Fenway staff tabled on the sidewalk outside of our 1340 Boylston Street location, handing out goodies and information about our care and services to the amazing people who live and work in our neighborhood.
