When Opening Day 2014 is underway, we will draft players onto a fantasy team. Every following weekend (excluding holiday weekends), we will add up our selected players stats from that week and choose the players that we'll have in our "batting order" the following week. The 2018 All Star Game is next week in Washington! The rosters have been announced, and the Final Vote is ongoing until Wednesday! We voted Andrew Benintendi for the AL due to his hot bat as of late, and Brandon Belt for the NL, due to his high numbers in the highest number of at bats of the NL Final Vote options. Go vote!!

Another player that has been taken from us too soon. Retired pitcher Roy Halladay, who pitched a no-hitter in his postseason debut (2010 NLDS Game 1) and who also earned two Cy Young Awards, has passed away in a private plane crash. He was 40. Please keep he and his family in your thoughts and prayers, as he is here at MLB Updates.
