Due to recent staffing changes, we want to reassure MassHealth members that we remain fully available to assist members of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.

If you would prefer to discuss your case with an Ombudsman via Zoom, we can also arrange for an interpreter to be present to ensure effective communication and support.

We remain fully committed to providing accessible, responsive assistance to all MassHealth members.

Our next virtual office hours will be March 30th! This is for anyone interested in learning more about My Ombudsman and potentially opening a case with us.
Please note: if you already have a case open with us, this is not a forum to work on those cases. However, our ombudsmen do schedule zooms if that is preferred by the member, just let your assigned ombudsmen know!
