We believe every young person - no matter where they come from - should be able to access the resources to make social change, so our programs are free and open to all young people between the ages of 16 and 30. By providing guidance for projects, accelerator grants and regular support to young people who otherwise might not be able to access them, we expand the circle of youth changing the world.

Andy grew up in a community without clean water, where girls disappeared from classrooms and no one asked why. So he decided to start asking.

At 23, with no money and no office, he founded ClimateWise Organization. Today, his work has reached over 25,000 people across Malawi through clean water, girls' education, and climate-smart farming.

His story is a powerful reminder that the people closest to the problem are closest to the solution.

Natasha is the founder of BelieveNBooks, a movement born from a simple but powerful realization: too many books on one shelf, and not enough on another.

When she discovered that many children in her own community did not have a single book at home, she decided to act. What started as one book drive has grown into 25 chapters, 125,000 books donated, and more than 45,000 children reached, from local classrooms to partners across Africa.

Her work is rooted in access, dignity, and the belief that every child deserves the tools to learn, grow, and imagine a future beyond their circumstances.
