I was honored to receive the "Extra Mile Award" from Quincy Community Action Programs (QCAP) last night.

QCAP has spent over 6 decades going above and beyond for families across our district providing housing support, fuel assistance, food assistance, early education, and critical services for those who need it the most. We're grateful for their partnership and deeply humbled by this award.

Thank you to the entire QCAP team for the incredible work you do every day to strengthen our communities and support our families.

Having had the privilege of completing this incredible race twice, I know firsthand the dedication, discipline, and heart it takes just to make it to the starting line. Months of early mornings, long runs, and pushing through challenges all lead to this moment.
