Lapierre Morgon is hard to get - but at least for now we have Lapierre's "Le Beaujolais". It's a little lighter and a little less pricy than our beloved Morgon, which makes it just right for summer drinking, with a slight chill, of course.

Makrut Lime Leaf is an essential ingredient in many Thai dishes, and these are directly sourced by our local Curio Spice Co. from California, so even though they're dried you can be assured they're super fresh.
These leaves should be used as you would use a bay leaf, but they impart a super citrussy lime flavor to every broth or sauce you add them to. Try in steamed mussels with some garlic and ginger, or in your favorite Thai curries or to garnish cocktails!

Spoon sweets are traditional Greek preserves typically made of whole fruit in syrup. This lovely Mandarin Peel sweet is made by Citrus Chios, a family-owned company that produces marmalades and jams with ingredients from the island of Chios in the Aegean Sea .

The aromatic and flavorful Chios mandarin peel is cultivated in the island’s celebrated Kambos orchards.

Try it on your morning toast or scones, of course, but also with olive oil cake, on yogurt, over vanilla ice cream, or alongside fresh goat cheeses.
