You certainly don't need me to walk you through a home and say "And here is the kitchen . . . . . While I love touring property and helping my clients find the right home I know they don't NEED me for that. However, my clients value me for my expertise in the process and negotiating skills. Sometimes, in the current market, those negotiating skills are knowing that you may have to bid over asking price.
