Across 8 locations, The HB offers high energy 45 and 60 minute beat-based CYCLE classes, as well as bootcamp inspired CYCLE & STRENGTH classes. Our CYCLE classes are instructor-led, low-lit, and driven by amazing playlists. Hand weights are used during each ride to incorporate an upper body burn into the 45 or 60 minute group cardio experience. Riders vary from experienced cyclists to first-timers
