Hey everyone! Jamaica Plain CrossFit has opened their home programming and Zoom classes to all in hopes of making physical wellness more accessible to everyone during this time. Some things to know...
1) No experience/equipment required! Coaches have been programming workouts with normal things you can find in your home and can help you learn the basic movements involved over Zoom!
2) JPCF is an inclusive, non-judgmental community.
3) Classes are free, but if you decide to stick around donations are warmly welcomed.

Stay happy and healthy!

Med Mondays will act as Wellness Office hours where you can unplug and focus on something other than hitting the books or the wards.
