After experiencing trauma, it is so important to take time for self care to heal and take the next steps forward. Dr. Ryan Means of Elevate Health Cambridge who attended One Boston Day invited survivors and their families to have a free treatment with him and to learn more about the benefits of chiropractic care in helping the mind/body to heal. We were also blessed to experience the deeply healing touch of Jeffrey Spratt of Spratt Muscular Therapies on One Boston Day. He offers a wide range of modalities that can easily fit into anyone's budget or schedule.
