This weekend’s cakes were all about the pastels. I’m loving the soft lavender, blush pink, and ivory color palettes my customers have been choosing for their celebrations lately. Each design is unique, but these gentle colors always feel timeless and elegant. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your special moments.

This one was extra special.

The bride and groom are from Maine, so they wanted to bring a little piece of home with them to their wedding at Quimby Country in Vermont.

This cake is white vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and a layer of blueberry preserves in the middle. Every blueberry you see was hand made from fondant, along with all of the other decorations.

We also put together an assortment of cupcakes in carrot cake, brown butter, chocolate, matcha, and yuzu flavors so guests could sample a little bit of everything.

I always love when couples incorporate something meaningful into their design, and this blueberry theme was such a sweet way to celebrate their story.
