In a rapidly evolving global landscape, collaboration is no longer optional—it is essential.

This past week, we had the honor of participating in several events at the United Nations, including the Global Engagement Summit 2026—the largest annual gathering of UN supporters in the United States. These convenings reaffirmed a powerful truth: meaningful change happens when the private sector, educational institutions, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations come together with a shared purpose.

We were also privileged to engage in a high-level leadership workshop focused on strengthening partnerships between Angola and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)—a critical initiative centered on workforce development and global opportunity pipelines. A conference taking place in June of this year in Angola, will be a great opportunity to learn and build new relationships with institutions involved in the development of new employment pipelines in that country and beyond.

At Global Deeds, we are proud to serve as advisors to youth delegates within the UN ecosystem and to actively contribute to initiatives such as YPSF. The voices, ideas, and leadership of young people are not just inspiring—they are essential to solving the challenges of our time.
Now more than ever, we must invest in this generation—one that is navigating one of the most complex and uncertain employment landscapes in modern history.
