Upcoming funding opportunity: Employment Program for Young Adults with Disabilities
Commonwealth Corporation plans to release a Request for Proposals for the Program Year 2027 Employment Program for Young Adults with Disabilities grant program in August 2026. This program is designed to improve workforce outcomes for young adults with disabilities by supporting access to employment opportunities, work experience, and career pathways.

Workforce development creates pathways to opportunity, strengthens businesses, and helps communities thrive.
Commonwealth Corporation is hiring for three key roles:
• Senior Workforce Pathways Specialist
• Workforce Pathways Specialist
• Director of Financial Operations
The Workforce Pathways Specialist will connect young people involved with the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services to training, apprenticeships, credentials, and employment opportunities.
The Senior Workforce Pathways Specialist will support that same work while taking on added leadership, team coordination, strategy, and statewide reporting responsibilities.
The Director of Financial Operations will lead critical financial functions, including budgeting, compliance, fiscal monitoring, contracts, and procurement, helping ensure that public resources are managed responsibly in support of CommCorp’s mission.
All three positions are full-time and hybrid, with comprehensive benefits and a generous employer retirement contribution.
