After a recent JDI Needs Assessment, many sexual assault programs felt they needed more information about how Title IX and the Clery Act impacted the campus survivors of sexual violence, dating/domestic violence, and stalking they served. Building on the first webinar in January about the fundamentals of Title IX and the Clery Act, the second training will explain several common higher education conduct process structures, discuss the role of an advocate within the process, and the ways advocates can best serve campus survivors.

Over the decades, messaging for Sexual Assault Awareness Month has run the gamut: , End R**e Culture, Believe Survivors, Break the Silence and End the Violence, and more. There have been millions of Take Back The Night events, Denim Day Activities, public awareness and prevention campaigns, news articles, educational programs, and more.
The bottom line is that these foundational messages remain current today. JDI will be posting SAAM related information throughout the month starting on Saturday, April 1.
