The tiny things are the big things when you honor them with your full attention and gratitude 💛
These sunflowers are in our kitchen and I realized this morning I haven’t paused to truly appreciate how joyful and awesome they are. I took them for granted.
But once I did, once I gave them a moment of my attention and gratitude, they made me smile.
How many tiny things and moments do we go through on autopilot during the day? How many smiles and moments of joy could we find if we slowed down and gave them our attention and gratitude?✨💛 - Nataly
