Newton, MA based designer, Hetty Friedman, produces a line of wearable hand wovens. Working in collaboration with a 180 woman Fair Trade weaver's cooperative in Solola Guatemala, she commissions some of her production from the back strap weavers there, teaches new techniques and designs for their production line.
