my darling firecracker of a bearded dragon Baby Pomelo passed away very unexpectedly today at just 3 years old. the signs point to a rare and aggressive cancer in her belly, but we will never know for sure. we are absolutely devastated. she was hilarious, vibrant, and always excited to come out and explore. I thought she had so much earthside exploring left in her, but I guess Baby Pancake came calling her into the great unknown. when I was picking photos, a photo of Baby Pancake somehow ended up in the mix that was I didn’t put there. as if she was telling me she had her sister under control. if you have a BP shirt, please wear it this weekend in their honor ❤️‍🩹
