This group consists of Iranian Graduate Students who live and study in Boston, mostly affiliated with Northeastern university, and is originated from a Book Reading club at Northeastern University in Fall 2010. Due to some requests about purchasing tickets at the door, a limited number of tickets will be available at the venue.

سال 1954، نیویورک. پدری با ضربه چاقو از پا درآمده و پسری در دادگاه متهم شده است. همه شواهد علیه او است: زنی از آن طرف خیابان صحنه قتل را دیده و پیرمردی صدای دعوای او را با مقتول شنیده است. همه چیز روشن است؛ انگار از آن پروندههایی است که بلافاصله پس از گشوده شدن بسته میشوند. اما...
بیش از پنجاه سال است که این پسر در دادگاههای مختلف، در شهرهای مختلف و به زبانهای مختلف محاکمه می شود. او هر بار در چشمان دوازده نفر دیگر نگاه میکند، پرده بالا میرود و زندگیش در دستان یک هیئت منصفه جدید قرار میگیرد. پرده فرو میافتد و او در انتظار میماند تا صحنهای دیگر، دادگاهی دیگر و حکمی دیگر... و این بار او چشمانتظار رأی دوازده فرد خشمگین داستان ما است.
نمایشنامه «دوازده مرد خشمگین»، نوشته رجینالد رز، تازهترین کار نمایشی گروه سیمرغ است که با همکاری کانون ایرانیان بوستون و انجمن دانشجویان ایرانی دانشگاه MIT در روزهای 23 و 24 فوریه به روی صحنه میرود.
